How Does
the Smoky’s Fine Cigars Price Match Guarantee Work?
If you find a lower price anywhere else, including the web,
on the identical item in original condition just show us the
lower price when you make your purchase at a participating
Smoky’s Fine Cigars location and we will match the price. For added convenience, you can complete our online form to get a pre-approval on your Price Match purchase before you visit the store!
What is considered proof in order to obtain a price match?
A competitor’s catalogue, coupon, print advertisement or
a printed page of the online product with the accompanying URL
address are all acceptable forms of proof.
Will competitor’s shipping charges be included
in the price match program?
Shipping charges may be added for catalogue and online competitors
at our sole discretion. Smoky’s Fine Cigars reserves the
right to include any and all shipping charges associated with
the item in the final price match. If shipping charges are not
clearly listed a standard rate of $7.95 may be used.
Which items are applicable to the price match guarantee?
Nearly all non-tobacco products which are available and in-stock
at one of our participating Smoky’s Fine Cigars locations.
The item must be identical, in-stock and available for purchase
at that price from an authorized United States reseller, whose
authorization we reserve the right to verify. We also reserve
the right to call the competitor’s store or visit their
current website to verify the lower price and availability of
the item.
Which items are not applicable to the Price Match Program?
This guarantee does not apply to our competitors’ tobacco
items, free offers, limited-quantity items, call-for-pricing items,
email-for-pricing items, auction prices, open box items, out of
stock items, clearance items, mail-in incentives, financing or
bundle offers.
Why Smoky’s Fine Cigars can’t price match
tobacco products?
Each state has individual tax rates and complex laws that apply
to the purchase of Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (OTP).

Which Smoky’s Fine Cigars locations are participating
in the price match program?
Our locations in Bloomfield Hills, Livonia and Ann Arbor participate
in the price match program. All other locations are independently
owned and operated.
Smoky’s Fine Cigars reserves the right to modify, accept,
reject these terms without any prior or written notice.
